We keep the domestic run tight on purpose. A rat job needs a follow-up visit, and a short drive is what makes that follow-up reliable.
Primary areas
Inner West
Terraces, semis and older brick homes with subfloors, shared walls and back-lane bins — classic roof rat and Norway rat territory.
Eastern Suburbs
Apartments, semis and renovated homes where activity often moves between neighbouring properties and shared bin areas.
Lower North Shore
Established houses with mature trees and gardens running straight onto the roofline.
Sydney CBD
Apartments and mixed-use buildings where risers, ducts and ground-floor food tenancies drive the pressure.

We take domestic work in these suburbs subject to scheduling:

- Balgowlah
- Seaforth
- Fairlight
- Freshwater
- Brookvale / Dee Why
Outside our domestic run
We don't take domestic work in the Hills District, Penrith and far Western Sydney, Liverpool and the South-West, or the Sutherland Shire. It's better to say so up front than to take a booking we can't service properly.
