Rodent inspection

What we inspect

• Roof void — droppings, runs, nesting material, gnawed cabling, soiled insulation, daylight at the eaves.
• Subfloor — where access allows: burrows, runs, damaged vents and open penetrations.
• Kitchen and laundry — behind and under appliances, kickboards, cabinet voids, pantry, waste bins.
• External walls — weep holes, pipe and cable penetrations, air-conditioning lines, door gaps.
• Roofline — eaves, tiles, valleys, vents, and anything touching the roof: branches, vines, fences, pergolas.
• Yard and drainage — bins, compost, pet food and bowls, chicken coops, fruit trees, sheds, decking and stormwater.

What you get

A plain-language rundown on the day: which species, how heavy the activity looks, where they are living, where they are getting in, and what we recommend doing — with photos of the evidence where it's useful. Trapping and proofing are then quoted off what was actually found, not off a phone call.

When an inspection is worth booking on its own

• You hear something at night but haven't found any evidence.
• You've been baiting or trapping yourself and the activity hasn't stopped.
• You're buying or renovating and want to know what's in the roof and subfloor.
• Another contractor has treated the property repeatedly without closing anything off.

Honest limits

We inspect what is safe and physically accessible. Sealed roof voids, blocked subfloors, steep or unsafe roofs and cavity walls have limits, and we'll tell you where we couldn't get eyes on something rather than assume it's clear.
