Does Ratman do general pest control?

No. Ratman is a specialist commercial rodent response company — no insect spraying, termites or wildlife work. Rodents only.
Do you use rodenticide baits?

Our default is mechanical trapping, monitoring and proofing. Rodenticides may suit some external, non-food situations, but they aren't our default — especially in food environments.
What kinds of venues do you work with?

Restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars, commercial kitchens, food manufacturers, warehouses and commercial buildings across Sydney.

Do you attend emergencies?

Yes — same-day commercial callouts for sightings, audit issues and contamination events during operating hours.
Is Ratman established?

Ratman is a new business. We won't publish testimonials or awards we haven't earned — real case studies will appear here with permission as work is completed.
Can you provide records for food safety audits?

Yes. Monitoring and trapping activity is logged in a form suitable for food safety and internal QA records.
Do you do rodent proofing on its own?

Yes. Proofing can be a standalone job after inspection, or part of an ongoing program.
Do Ratman vehicles have pest control signage?

No. Every Ratman visit is made in an unmarked vehicle. None of our vehicles display Ratman branding or pest control signage, helping keep our service as discreet as possible.
