Rodents in commercial venues behave differently — they exploit deliveries, drainage, shared voids and human routine. Solving that consistently takes specialist attention, not a generic quarterly visit.
Why mechanical-first
Ratman leads with mechanical trapping, monitoring and proofing rather than rodenticide baits. In food environments that means confirmed catches, cleaner audit records and no residue near food or stock. Rodenticides have a place — but they aren't the default.
Where Ratman operates
